Keyboard.GetState(PlayerIndex)

The MSDN documentation for Xna clearly states that this method returns an empty state on Windows.  This is wrong.  It does not return an empty state.  In fact, the first PlayerIndex is the user's keyboard.  Would it be okay if I submitted a patch with this change?

Yes, of course. Patches are very welcome :-)

Would you be able to tell me how to submit a patch?

Thank you for the patch. I just applied it to the source repository.
