The sample browser should be a WinForms-Project similar to the samples browser of the DirectX-SDK. It should provide a lists of available samples, some filters and a search function to find samples and some documentation for the samples ("what it is for" etc.).
 
This browser will be installed with the ANX.Framework using the MSI-Installer and will be the starting point for examining what the ANX.Framework is able to do.
